Skill School

Gola Skills Summer School

"We were delighted to avail of the expertise of one of the most experienced conservation builders in the north west for our Gola Skills Summer School.

Sean Brogan and his builders shared their extensive knowledge freely and enthusiastically with the participants, most of whom had worked solely on new build projects.

After only a weekend on site, those taking part left armed with key messages about how to approach the restoration of a vernacular building (gently!) and were au fait with the full palette of traditional materials and skills."
